There is no separate Belgrade price. Below are the most common openings, with the window by position and installation at 30 € per m² of opening.

The window is VEKA 70 or GEALAN LINEAR 74MD, white, double glazing. On VEKA 82MD the glass is triple, because that is the standard there. All prices include VAT. How the job runs

1. A call or an enquiry. Approximate sizes and the address are enough.
2. Free measuring. We come within 3–4 days, with no limit on the area.
3. An itemised quote. Within 48 hours of measuring, with installation as its own line.
4. Production. 3–4 weeks in the workshop in Pančevo.
5. Installation. About an hour per opening — one working day for an average flat.

Systems we install

Flats in a block

Most of the Belgrade jobs are flats. The installation price includes taking out and removing the old windows, fitting and anchoring, sealing the joint, adjusting the hardware, and taking the waste away. What is not included is making good the reveals: skimming and painting are done by a tradesperson who comes after us.
We confirm the exact installation amount after measuring — a ground-floor opening and the same opening on the sixth floor without a lift are not the same job.

Subsidies for replacing windows

Yes, and measuring is free. The appointment is within 3–4 days of the call, with no limit on the area.

How much does a PVC window with installation cost in Belgrade?

The same as everywhere else — the prices are one price list. A 100×120 cm window is 164 € for the window plus 36 € for installation, 200 € in total including VAT, in VEKA 70 or GEALAN LINEAR 74MD.

Who installs in Belgrade?

Our crews, the same ones who work in Pančevo. We do not use subcontractors, so the guarantee on the product and the guarantee on the installation sit in the same place.

How long from the call to installed windows?

Do you do flats in blocks, or only larger buildings?

Both. In Belgrade we have done office buildings, residential complexes, and hospitals, and we also come out to a single flat.

Where is the workshop?

In Pančevo, Žarka Zrenjanina 114 — about twenty kilometres from the centre of Belgrade, across the Pančevo Bridge. The workshop is 3,500 m² and about 25,000 windows a year leave it.
