Information and prices on the site
- Prices on the site are indicative, shown in euros, including VAT and excluding installation, and apply to white unless stated otherwise.
- The calculator result is an approximate estimate — it is not a pro forma invoice and not a quote, and it does not bind us.
- For aluminium and Hybrid systems, and for decor foils and RAL colours, we give the price after measuring.
- We may change prices, content, and specifications without prior notice.
A quote is not a contract
Sending an enquiry through the site does not create a contract. A contract arises only when both parties accept a written quote issued after measuring, with the positions, the lead time, and the price clearly stated. Until that moment neither party has an obligation to the other.
Intellectual property
The texts, photographs, videos, drawings, logo, and design of the site belong to Danito d.o.o. or are used with the permission of the rights holders. Downloading, copying, or publishing them without our written permission is not allowed. The names of systems and manufacturers (VEKA, GEALAN, ALUMIL, MACO, and others) are trademarks of their owners and are used to describe the products. VEKA, GEALAN, and Schüco are German. ALUMIL is Greek.
Liability
We try to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but we are not liable for loss caused by relying on indicative information without a written quote issued first. We are not liable for the site being temporarily unavailable, or for the content of third-party sites that links from our pages lead to.
AI assistant
The assistant on the site gives approximate answers and can be wrong. Its answers do not have the force of a quote. Please do not enter personal data in the chat — the detail is in the privacy policy.
Consumer rights
If you buy as a consumer, you have rights under the Consumer Protection Act. They are explained on the Consumer rights page.
Governing law
The law of the Republic of Serbia applies to these terms. Disputes are heard by the court of subject-matter jurisdiction in Pančevo, unless consumer-protection law provides for a different jurisdiction.
Changes to the terms
We may change the terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
