This policy explains which data we collect through danito.rs, why we process it, how long we keep it, and which rights you have.

Send every question and request about personal data to office@danito.rs. We are not required to appoint a data protection officer, so this address is the single contact point.
We process data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Serbia (Zakon o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti, Official Gazette of the RS, No. 87/2018).

Without consent for analytics we do not set analytics cookies and we do not send visit data to Google.
Who else processes the data
We use processors who work on our instructions and under contract:
- Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) — delivery of form enquiries to our email address.
- FormSubmit — a backup route for delivering an enquiry, used only if our server is unavailable at the moment of sending.
- Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC) — an internal notice to our team that an enquiry has arrived.
- Anthropic (Anthropic PBC, USA) — generating the replies of the AI assistant on the site.
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) — Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, only with your consent.
We do not sell data and we do not pass it to third parties outside the processors named above. We do not send a newsletter without an explicit sign-up.
Transfers to other countries
Some processors have their seat or their servers outside the Republic of Serbia, including the United States. The transfer is made on the basis of the appropriate safeguards in the Personal Data Protection Act, above all standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
- access to the data, and a copy of the data we process about you;
- correction of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data;
- erasure of data;
- restriction of processing, and an objection to processing;
- data portability;
- withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
Send the request to office@danito.rs. We reply within 30 days at the latest.
If you believe we are processing your data contrary to the law, you have the right to complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Poverenik za informacije od javnog značaja i zaštitu podataka o ličnosti), Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11120 Belgrade, office@poverenik.rs.
