Mixed-use building · Višnjička, Belgrade

A mixed-use complex by investor Ingrap-Omni beside the Danube — two blocks of ground floor plus 7 storeys, with 133 flats, business apartments, and ground-floor retail units. Move-in planned for 2027.

A mixed-use complex of 13 blocks in Karaburma, about 500 m from the Danube — 628 properties and over 60,000 m² of net area. Investor: Aramont d.o.o. Belgrade.
