How much do PVC windows cost
The question we are asked most often on the phone. “It depends” is true, and useless — so here are the figures from the current price list, and an explanation of what actually changes the amount.
Where the price starts
A single-sash PVC window starts from 102 € for the VEKA 70 and GEALAN LINEAR 74MD systems, and from 125 € for premium VEKA 82MD, where triple glazing is standard.
Those prices are for the smallest standard openings. A 100×100 cm window costs 153 € in VEKA 70 and GEALAN 74MD, and 197 € in VEKA 82MD.
All prices include VAT and exclude installation, for white. The exact price depends on the opening style, the hardware, the glazing, and the quantity — we send an itemised quote within 48 hours of a free measuring visit.

What moves the price
- Size. Not in a straight line — a larger window needs stronger profiles and thicker glass, so the price rises faster than the area.
- Number of sashes. Each extra sash carries its own hardware and gasket: +40 € per sash.
- Glazing. A triple-glazed unit is +26 € per m² of glass on VEKA 70 and GEALAN 74MD. On VEKA 82MD it is already included.
- Colour. The price list is for white. Decorative foils and RAL colours are on request — the foil is applied in a separate process and changes the delivery time.
- Opening style. Fixed glazing is the least expensive, tilt-only sits in the middle, and tilt-and-turn costs the most because it carries the most hardware.
- Quantity. On a whole house or flat the price per window falls — one measuring visit and one installation cover every position.
What a whole flat costs
As a guide: a two-room flat with five or six positions in GEALAN 74MD, double glazing, and white, usually falls between 900 € and 1,400 € — excluding installation and excluding roller shutters.
A worked example with every position, the installation, and the equipment is in how much it costs to replace the windows in a flat, for a flat of 55 m².
A house with ten to twelve positions and a balcony door starts from about 2,000 €. Once triple glazing, a decorative foil, and roller shutters are included, the amount can easily rise by a third.
These are guide figures, not a quote. The only number that counts is the one in the quote after measuring.
Why we do not give a price over the phone
We do — a guide price, straight away, and you will find it in the table above. But an opening in a wall is rarely the size the customer remembers. A difference of two centimetres in height can move a position from standard to non-standard, and that is already a different price.
